Mercy Wine Bar gave us the opportunity to enhance their award-winning website to make it easier to manage, offer additional relevant content, and increase the efficiency of their back-of-the-house technology efforts.

Content Management System (CMS)

Mercy's staff has the ability to make changes to and update the majority of the content on their web site. This frees them from paying for website maintenance each time they need to make a small change and allows them to make those changes at their leisure, the moment it is needed.

Current Events

Mercy hosts many special events each month. As they grew their event offerings they identified the need to convey that information to their website customers. We created an event management application that allows their staff to self-manage the announcement of events. This drives the calendar on the website as well as a weekly email that is sent to customers to announce events.

Real-Time Wine List

We enhanced Mercy's wine inventory process by creating a web application that manages the wine inventory information and provides it to the website to present as the wine list. As a result, the website's wine list is always kept current and available for review by customers.

The wine inventory information is also used to create a staff-printable wine list that is used in the restaurant. This wine list is printed and inserted into leather-bound binders for presentation to customers who wish to examine to to make a purchase.

Interactive Wine List

Based on the same real-time wine inventory information, the Interactive Wine List presents a fun, animated wine book that shares the look of the wine list customers browse in the restaurant. Customers can flip through the book page by page to see the current wine list.
